A platform that
actually backs you.
A simple flat-fee subscription — not a percentage of every booking. 24/7 support from real agents, not bots. Getting listed shouldn't require a PhD.
Stays without the
small print.
The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise cleaning fees, no checkout chores list, no resort-fee cosplay. Just real homes, real hosts, real nights.
Hosts are walking away. Not because they got tired — because the platform stopped having their back.
One story we keep hearing — a Superhost, almost ten years, 5,000+ reviews, 4.88 average. A guest tried the refund-for-review playbook. Got a free night and a penalty-free cancel. The host's calm, evidence-backed warning to other hosts? Deleted. The lying guest's 1-star? Still up.
Refund-for-review extortion
"Refund me or I’ll feel obligated to mention this in my review." This is a textbook threat, and on legacy platforms it works.
Staged "evidence" beats time-stamped proof
A 2am photo set, replaced bedding, a sympathetic agent, and the cancellation goes through — penalty-free — even when the host has clean before-photos.
The host's warning gets deleted
Honest reviews left for the next host get pulled as "retaliatory." The lying guest's review stays up. Other hosts never see the warning.
"The decision is final."
Trust & Safety isn't reachable. Receipts don't matter. Ten years of clean hosting doesn't matter. The same line gets repeated until you stop emailing.
"I didn't lose money I can't recover. What I lost is trust in the platform. After ten years of hosting — I'm out."
— every host eventually
This all had to stop.
Hosts leaving in droves. Travelers overpaying for substandard stays. Platforms that don't pick sides — until they pick the wrong one. Here's what the community has been saying.
LOTS of host discontent with Airbnb, seems like a breaking point
I am seeing so much discontent with hosts and AIRBNB these days. On several Reddit groups, Facebook groups, etc. I'm seeing people put their STRs up for sale in my area. It feels like AIRBNB is reaching a breaking point, and the industry is ripe for disruption. What are your thoughts? I would love an alternative, but VRBO stinks. Anyone on any other sites besides Booking and VRBO where they're getting traction?
Airbnb — An Unreliable Partner
We had a 4.97 rating from 50 reviews, then in short succession we got a couple of guests that had problems with the stairs leading to the villa. We got a few 1 and 2 star ratings and wham!, we got suspended. Just like that, thrown off the site. My commitment to Airbnb is no longer the same — I will hence forward charge $10–20 more on Airbnb than we do on Booking.com.
The 2 big ways Airbnb is failing its users
For me, the 2 big ways that Airbnb is failing is oversaturation and unhappy users. My last stay was approximately $8K and we had no AC — spent the first week being promised repair people would stop by (no-shows). Two of the places we rented had obvious insect issues we were forced to deal with ourselves. Airbnb has virtually lost my business. I've never had an issue with a hotel. Nor do I pay a cleaning fee and then have a hotel make me change and wash my own linens before I leave.
This is what we're building against.
Wayzyy is built around one idea: a platform that takes strict measures against bad actors on all sides — so hosts can run legitimate businesses, travelers can book with real confidence, and a community worth belonging to actually exists.
Pick your side. Same Wayzyy, different view.
We grow with you — not off you.
Choose a subscription tier that fits your booking volume. Keep far more of each booking than you would anywhere else — no per-booking percentage, ever. And if a guest causes repeated trouble, they're off the platform.
Tiered subscription plans
Pick a pass that matches your booking volume — Starter, Growth, or Pro. A flat fee per tier, not a percentage bled from every guest payment. Predictable costs, no surprises.
24/7 support — real agents
Unlike other platforms where you're stuck in a loop of automated replies, our team picks up. Real humans, with authority, around the clock. Email, call, sorted.
Aadhaar-verified guest identity
Every guest's identity is digitally verified via Aadhaar before they book. Full KYC details secured on both ends — you know exactly who's walking through your door.
No algorithm penalty on your reach
We don't throttle your listing's visibility because of a rough patch. A couple of low ratings won't silently bury your property in search results. Your reach is yours.
Host your next house party. Sorted.
Find your perfect Wayzyy, lock in your venue, and manage guests, payments, and headcount — all on one platform. You handle the vibe. We handle the rest.
Be the first to walk through the door.
Two lists. One for travelers who want stays without the small print. One for hosts ready for a fair subscription model. Join early — referral discounts go live for the first wave.
Choose your subscription tier at launch. No per-booking percentage — ever.
